The Property
One campus. Multiple ways to use it.
TheBank is a flexible indoor and outdoor property in Downtown Las Cruces. The campus can be configured around the needs of the event rather than forcing every production into the same footprint.
Large outdoor configurations are planned around approximately 3,000 to 5,000 guests. Actual capacity depends on stage placement, audience areas, vendor footprint, fencing, emergency access, seating, production equipment and the final approved event layout.
Event operations may run up to 24 hours depending on the space being used. That flexibility can accommodate early load-in, overnight builds, multi-day productions and nontraditional event schedules when arranged in advance.
House Audio
Useful house sound without pretending it is a touring rig.
The house system is typically available without an additional sound fee when it fits the event. Anything beyond the existing house package is based on actual production need.

How production costs work
House sound is typically included when the existing system meets the event's needs. Microphones, backline and other equipment beyond the listed house package are not included by default. Artists and producers may self-supply those items, source them through Otero Entertainment, or use another sound company of their choice.
Expanded sound, microphones, monitors, backline, lighting, staging and additional production are priced according to what the event actually requires.
Expanded Production
Scale up through Otero Entertainment or your own production team.
TheBank has access at cost to an extensive sound backline and additional production needs through Otero Entertainment of Las Cruces. That gives artists and producers a local path to scale beyond the house system without making a larger production package mandatory for every event.
You are also welcome to bring or source equipment through another sound or production company of your choice, subject to event coordination and site requirements.
Partnership Booking Model
Some events are built together, not simply rented.
For selected events, TheBank may use a collaborative two-wall style structure instead of a simple room rental or one-sided guarantee.
What we mean by a two-wall style partnership
TheBank and the organizer may each contribute agreed resources, work, audience development and promotion toward the event, then share defined revenue under a written agreement. The exact structure is negotiated for each event and is not automatically a 50/50 split.
A partnership can include venue access, ticketing, promotion, production coordination, sponsorship development, vendor opportunities, livestreaming or other event assets. Artists and promoters may contribute talent, audience development, marketing, technical requirements and additional resources.
Guarantees can still make sense for established touring acts with proven draw or when a fixed purchase is the right structure. The partnership model is another option, not a rule for every booking.

Services are scoped by event and may be included in a rental, partnership agreement or separate production quote.
Production Coordination
House audio evaluation, rider review, local production sourcing, load-in planning and coordination with outside production teams.
Ticketing & Promotion
Event ticketing, CRM capture, promotional coordination, sponsor integration and event marketing may be included depending on the agreement.
Media & Distribution
Livestreaming, video production and OTT distribution may be available when the event and rights structure are appropriate.

Recommended for expanded sound, AV, microphones, backline, technical support and broader production needs. TheBank has access at cost to extensive production resources through Otero, subject to availability and event requirements.

Our suggested Las Cruces resource for tables, chairs, tents, linens, staging-related equipment and comparable event-rental infrastructure, based on availability and the needs of the event.
Organizers remain free to use any qualified rental company they prefer.
