1. PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY
Attendance and participation are entirely voluntary. Ticket Holder knowingly and voluntarily chooses to enter the event premises and participate in event activities.

BY PURCHASING, ACCEPTING, POSSESSING, OR USING A TICKET TO THIS EVENT, YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT AND WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
Attendance and participation are entirely voluntary. Ticket Holder knowingly and voluntarily chooses to enter the event premises and participate in event activities.
Ticket Holder understands and accepts that attendance at public events involves inherent and unforeseeable risks, including but not limited to:
Ticket Holder knowingly assumes all risks, whether known, unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TICKET HOLDER RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, ATTORNEY FEES, EXPENSES, INJURIES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, ECONOMIC LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, OR DEATH ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE EVENT.
This release applies whether such claims arise from conditions on the premises, event operations, third-party conduct, crowd conditions, vendor activities, performance activities, parking areas, or other event-related circumstances.
"Released Parties" includes:
The Bank, Two Geko Productions, STNR Media, PAN Worldwide, property owners, landlords, tenants, event promoters, producers, sponsors, vendors, food operators, contractors, subcontractors, performers, entertainers, speakers, volunteers, employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns.
Ticket Holder acknowledges that many event activities, products, services, performances, and offerings are provided by independent third parties.
Released Parties are not responsible for the actions, omissions, products, services, representations, conduct, negligence, or misconduct of third parties.
Ticket Holder agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and attorney fees arising from:
(a) Ticket Holder's conduct;
Released Parties have no duty to provide medical care.
If emergency assistance is requested or provided, Ticket Holder accepts all associated risks and costs and releases the Released Parties from liability relating to emergency response efforts.
The event is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
Released Parties make no representations or warranties regarding safety, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or availability of any event activity.
Ticket Holder grants perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free permission for use of their image, likeness, voice, appearance, and statements in any media now known or later developed.
Any dispute arising from attendance, participation, ticket purchase, or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.
Ticket Holder waives any right to a jury trial.
Ticket Holder agrees that any claim must be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as part of any class action, collective action, representative action, or mass proceeding.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Released Parties for any claim shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased by Ticket Holder.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision is held unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Purchase, possession, acceptance, use of a ticket, or entry onto event premises constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Waiver.
