Help bring Las Cruces together.

A great event begins with someone saying, “You should come with us.” For Danksgiving, November 20–22, we are inviting neighbors, artists, schools, teams, and community groups to share one event through their own approved ticket links. When your link brings people through the gate, you earn a commission—and help us learn what a community-powered event can become.

Rooted in Las Cruces

More than selling a ticket.

Things are happening all across Las Cruces. Music, visual art, performance, food, and community celebrations each bring people together in their own way. At 250 W Amador, TheBank offers space for those experiences to intersect—giving creators more room to present their work and giving neighbors more reasons to gather for something new.

For this one Danksgiving event, a custom ticket link gives people and organizations a way to help bring an ambitious gathering to town without paying for a sponsorship or buying tickets in advance. A school or team can invite its community and put earned commissions toward its activities. Artists can mobilize their audiences. Anyone with a circle of people who would enjoy the event can help spread the word.

  • Local groups can fundraise through qualifying Danksgiving ticket sales, without buying ticket inventory up front.
  • Performers can help fill the room and earn from the fans they bring to Danksgiving if approved for the performer rate.
  • One shared event can reach farther through real connections made by people who already know this community.

These are opportunities the program is designed to create; results depend on actual ticket sales and each group’s participation.

Example earnings

What could your link earn?

Here is what the current weekend pass prices mean for qualifying sales through your approved tracking link:

Pass soldTicket priceCommunity reseller · 25%Approved performer · 50%
Adult weekend$40$10 per pass$20 per pass
Youth weekend$25$6.25 per pass$12.50 per pass

For example: If your link sells 10 adult weekend passes and 10 youth weekend passes, that is $650 in ticket face value. A community reseller would earn $162.50; an approved Danksgiving performer would earn $325.

How it works

1. Apply

Tell us about yourself, your group, or your act and how you plan to share Danksgiving.

2. Share your link

Once approved, we assign your Danksgiving ticket link, such as holdmyticket.com/tickets/466229?tc=YOURCODE. Invite your people in your own voice.

3. See the impact

After Danksgiving, we reconcile completed ticket sales and pay commissions under the agreement. The results show whether community links can support a larger idea.

A trial with a bigger purpose

Help us build toward a 2027 season pass.

Danksgiving is our single-event test. We want to see whether people sharing their own links can bring out an audience and make the model practical. What we learn from those links and sales will help us decide whether a larger season pass program could work in 2027.

A future pass could make it easier for regulars to experience more arts, entertainment, and community programming in one place. For now, this program covers Danksgiving only. No 2027 pass is being sold or promised.

Ticket Reseller Agreement

This agreement is between Two Geko Productions LLC, operating TheBank (“TheBank”), and the applicant identified in the submitted application (“Reseller”). It covers only Danksgiving, November 20–22, 2026, and the ticket types TheBank approves for that event. Submission is an application and an electronic signature by Reseller. This agreement becomes effective only when TheBank accepts the application and issues an assigned Danksgiving tracking link or code in writing.

1. Approval and role

TheBank decides which Danksgiving ticket types qualify and assigns each approved Reseller a unique tracking code or link. Community resellers receive the 25% rate. A performer receives the 50% rate only if confirmed to perform at Danksgiving and TheBank approves that role in writing. This agreement does not authorize links, commissions, or tickets for any other event or a possible 2027 season pass. There is no minimum sales requirement or promise of earnings.

2. Qualifying sales and calculation

Commission equals the applicable rate multiplied by the ticket face price actually received for completed, eligible ticket orders attributed to Reseller’s assigned link or code in the official ticketing reports. Ticketing or processing fees, taxes, donations, merchandise, complimentary tickets, refunded or charged back amounts, and tickets sold before code activation do not earn commission. Orders without a recorded assigned code are not attributed retroactively unless TheBank confirms an error in writing. No double commission applies to a single ticket; TheBank’s ticketing records determine attribution, subject to reasonable correction of errors.

3. Link use and promotion

Reseller may share approved Danksgiving information and assigned links through lawful channels. Reseller must accurately state event details and ticket prices, disclose that Reseller earns a commission when recommending or sharing the link, and follow applicable advertising and platform rules. Reseller may not alter a code, buy ads impersonating TheBank, promise unauthorized discounts, make misleading claims, or collect ticket payments on TheBank’s behalf. TheBank may provide approved artwork and can request correction or removal of inaccurate material.

4. Settlement and payment

After Danksgiving, TheBank will reconcile ticketing reports, refunds, disputes, and collected funds. TheBank will provide a sales and commission summary and pay the undisputed balance within 30 days after the later of the event’s conclusion or receipt of the ticketing settlement. Corrections for later refunds or chargebacks may be offset against future commissions, with an accounting to Reseller. TheBank may request payment details and tax documentation through a separate secure or in-person process before payment where required; no tax identification number is requested in this application.

5. Performer tickets

A performer may receive up to two general admission admissions for Danksgiving, if confirmed by TheBank in its approval. They are not cash, cannot be resold, and do not count as commissioned sales.

6. Relationship and responsibility

Reseller is an independent promoter and is responsible for their own expenses, taxes, permits, and representations. This agreement creates no employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or authority to bind TheBank. Each party remains responsible for its own compliance with applicable law. Reseller may not transfer an assigned code without written approval.

7. Term and disputes

Either party may end participation by written notice. TheBank may disable a link immediately for fraud, misleading promotion, misuse, or Danksgiving cancellation. Ending participation does not cancel properly earned commission on qualifying sales made before the link was disabled, subject to the reconciliation rules above. This one-event agreement ends after final Danksgiving reconciliation and payment; any future program requires separate terms. The parties will first try to resolve a disputed statement in good faith. New Mexico law governs this agreement, with disputes heard in Doña Ana County, New Mexico.

8. Complete agreement and acceptance

The application, this agreement, and TheBank’s written Danksgiving role and link approval comprise the complete agreement for this trial. An exception or change must be recorded in writing by both parties. The typed legal name and affirmative consent in the application serve as Reseller’s electronic signature. TheBank’s written approval and assigned link serve as its acceptance. Both parties may retain an electronic copy.
